1.If we buy your equipment,will you make the installation ?

Answer: For the big equipment, we will arrange professional installation engineers to customer’s factory for installation. Customers can also make their own installation. We will provide technical guidance.

2. Do you have after-sales service?

Answer: Yes! Customers who buy our products, one year warranty time. Within one year,if any damaged parts needed to be replaced, its free of charge. After the warranty time, spare parts are available.

3.Can you help us arrange the shipment and how to make the packing for the equipment?

Answer: We have professional and independent Logistics Department to assist and arrange it. If needed parts are packed in wooden box. Other parts are packed for safety shipping and delivery.
