Application of lifting machinery

Lifting machinery can help people carry loads that are thousands of times greater than human strength, greatly reducing the intensity of human physical labor, while greatly improving production efficiency and production quality. As an indispensable and important production tool for humans, it has been widely used in all aspects of the modern industrial production system. They can be seen in many places such as factories, ports, construction sites, mines, railways, power stations, etc.

Inspection of lifting machinery

Lifting machinery inspection is divided into regular inspection and supervision inspection, among which regular inspection is divided into general regular inspection and initial inspection; supervision inspection is divided into installation, modification, and major repair supervision inspection according to different natures.

(I) Regular inspection refers to the inspection of the lifting machinery in use that is included in the special equipment use registration by the special equipment inspection agency approved by the state according to the inspection regulations on a certain period of time on the basis of regular maintenance and self-inspection by the lifting machinery user unit. The inspection cycles for different equipment are as follows:

1. Tower cranes, lifts, and mobile cranes, once a year;

2. Bridge cranes, gantry cranes, portal cranes, cable cranes, and mechanical parking equipment, once every two years, including cranes that involve lifting molten metal, once a year.

(ii) The first inspection refers to the inspection conducted by the inspection agency in accordance with these rules on the lifting machinery that is not subject to installation supervision inspection before it is put into use, based on the self-inspection of the lifting machinery user unit.

(iii) Supervision inspection refers to the mandatory and verification inspection of the construction process by the special equipment inspection agency approved by the state during the construction of the lifting machinery, based on the self-inspection of the construction unit.
