At present, there are three crane production centers, one is the bridge crane and gantry crane series, the other is the newly designed electric hoist, and the other is the comprehensive spare parts of crane and crane. The production capacity is 2958 sets of double girder gantry crane, 19723 sets of single girder of gantry crane and 24654 sets of electric hoist.

All outputs are based on mature and reliable technical detection means. The crane is equipped with more than 650 sets of various production equipment and testing equipment – shot blasting pretreatment line, automatic welding line, automatic cutting line, CNC machine tool, advanced welding platform, production line, physical and chemical analysis center, nondestructive testing room, measurement room, and machine testing platform.

Testing Center

A few years ago, we invested a lot of money in R & D to ensure that only the best quality cranes could be produced from our factories and put on the market. So we developed our own test center. In the test center, our company has passed the strict inspection from the structural composition of raw materials to the accessories and working performance of each crane, so as to ensure that all cranes at the customer’s site have excellent quality, and by ensuring that the equipment operates with maximum reliability and efficiency, you can fully focus on the core business
